These terms govern access to the Cema HaiSic public website, case library, planning calculator and enquiry functions.

By using this public website, you agree to these terms. Separate account, proposal, contract, payment, installation, warranty or partner terms apply where relevant and take precedence for those services.
2. Planning information only
Website content, illustrative cases and calculator outputs are general planning information. They are not an engineering design, quotation, savings guarantee, tax advice, credit offer or investment advice. Final recommendations require verified site, electrical, consumption, tariff and regulatory inputs.
3. Illustrative and sandbox content
Content labelled illustrative, demo or sandbox does not describe a verified customer result, real payment, legally completed signature or dispatched installation. Results from one property cannot be transferred to another.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for legitimate evaluation of Cema HaiSic services. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, overload a service, reverse engineer security controls or submit information you are not authorised to share.
5. Accounts and protected areas
Protected application access is invitation-only. Account holders must keep credentials and recovery codes private, use multi-factor authentication where required, and report suspected compromise. Activity performed through an account may be attributed to that account unless promptly disputed.
6. Intellectual property
The Cema HaiSic name, interface, copy, models and materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant Cema organisation. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may retain project documents expressly issued to you, subject to the rights and restrictions stated in those documents.
7. Third-party services
Maps, bill recognition, payment, messaging and other functions may depend on third-party services with separate terms. A displayed payment method or integration does not mean that live service is enabled. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw public functions to protect users, comply with law or improve the service. We aim for accurate information but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all public content is current at every moment.
9. Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, Cema HaiSic is not liable for a decision made solely from a public planning estimate or illustrative case. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific liability is governed by the executed contract.
10. Governing law and contact
These public website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Use the consultation form for questions and identify the message as a terms enquiry. The contracting entity and dispute process for a project will be stated in the applicable contract.
